Situational Competency

A member of the community has put in a support ticket demanding an explanation on a change that has been made within the server, they are coming across quite rude and unreasonable and it appears that an argument might break out - how do you handle this?

A player was temp banned from the server because they combat logged in the middle of a scene, they open a support ticket that contains the following message - "Why have I been banned?
